*UPDATE* Received at 4 weeks. Found by chance, by maintenance, had been placed in unused exterior bank deposit slot. Item tracking stated it was delivered to a mailbox, the addr provided is a business w/no mailbox. Package not received, neighboring businesses were contacted to see if mis-delivered to no avail. The owner insists was delivered to the addr I provided. I have no doubt that she properly addressed the package. I'm certain it was delivered SOMEwhere, just not where it should have been, obviously, as it is not in my hands. Only option given by owner was a 10% off my next order, which was more than disappointing, and leads me to my literal first negative feedback ever given. Insist on tracking and insurance if you buy anything from this seller, as they clearly believe that the postal service is infallible.
